Nicholas is a Client Services Partner of BHCB. His primary areas of practice include taxation and compliance of closely held businesses including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and individuals. He serves a wide range of industries including medical practices, retail, personal service companies, labor organizations and foreign/international entities and individuals.
Nicholas joined the firm in 1991 and subsequently became a Partner in January 2010. He received his accounting degree from the University of New Haven in 1989. Nicholas is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA). He also is a member of the Personal Financial Planning (PFP), section of the AICPA and a member of the Connecticut Medical Group Managers Association.
Nicholas currently serves as Treasurer/Secretary for Literacy Volunteers of Greater New Haven and the New Haven County Credit Union. He has been involved and served on various boards including Aids Project New Haven, Town of North Haven athletics and has served as an Auditor for the Miss Connecticut Scholarship Organization.
In his personal time while not servicing clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, restoring muscle cars, drag racing and attending dance competitions.
Dennis is the Managing Partner of BHCB. He provides tax, accounting and auditing services for the firm.
