Our Leaders

Dennis is the Managing Partner of BHCB. He provides tax, accounting and auditing services for the firm.

Peter has been with the firm since 1986 and became a Partner in January 1993. His principal areas of expertise are accounting and tax, auditing employee benefit plans, personal financial planning and consulting.

Jay has been with the firm since 2003 and became a partner in January 2015. He specializes in accounting and auditing and has expertise in not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, professional services organizations, manufacturing and continuing care retirement communities.

David is the former Managing Partner of BHCB. He joined the firm in 1979. Over his 40 years, he has developed extensive experience in the tax, accounting and business services areas.

Sharon is the firm’s transplant from the Midwest who has a concentration in state and local taxation issues. She provides expert accounting services to corporations, partnerships/LLCs, not for-profit organizations, and individuals.

Shari is a client services Partner concentrating in taxation. She boasts over 25 years of experience and has been with BHCB since 2000. Her expertise spans several industries and areas of tax, such as corporate, partnership, limited liability companies, and individuals.

Nicholas is a client services Partner of BHCB. His primary areas of practice include taxation and compliance of closely held businesses including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and individuals.

Jenn has been with the firm since 2015 and became a Partner in January 2022. She specializes in accounting and auditing and has expertise in employee benefit plans, including multi-employer union benefit funds, as well as manufacturing and continuing care retirement communities.

Ryan joined the Firm after graduating from Quinnipiac University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting in July 2012. He specializes in accounting and auditing services and has expertise in multi-employer union benefit plans, senior living communities, and for-profit organizations.

Kathleen has been part of the firm’s team since 1994. Her experience has been in the tax department, focusing on business and individual tax preparation, planning, compliance and research.

Eric specializes in providing tax, consulting, and accounting services to individuals and small to medium-sized closely held businesses. He heads up the firm's estate and gift tax planning division and also has extensive experience in merger and acquisition transactions.

John is a tax Partner focusing on the areas of tax planning, compliance and financial reporting for small and mid-sized businesses, particularly in the areas of manufacturing, distribution and healthcare.

Marty is one of the firm’s tax Partners. He has been with the firm as a Partner since January 1990.

Ed is a client services Partner of BHCB. His principal areas of expertise are accounting and auditing, tax and litigation support services.

Steve is a client services Partner of BHCB. His principal areas of practice are accounting and audit and taxation.

Tony is a client services Partner for both the firm's audit and tax clients. He has experience in a variety of areas such as not-for-profit, professional services, marketing, manufacturing and distribution.

Larry is a client services and estates and trust Partner of BHCB. His principal areas of practice are estates, gifts and trusts and taxation.

Harry was a client services professional who assisted the firm’s clients with accounting, tax and business decisions. We sadly lost Harry in December 2022, but we will long remember him for everything he did for BHCB.
