Our Managing Partner, Dennis Cole, will be featured on WTNH Channel 8 on Monday, March 1st between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to discuss the CT Department of Labor’s tax reporting issue involving overpaid unemployment benefits that taxpayers paid back to the CT DOL in 2020. The DOL’s current plan would be to have taxpayers pay the associated taxes on their 2020 returns and reduce the income on their 2021 returns. Be sure to tune in!
