BHCB congratulates Audit Manager Ryan Parent for being selected to participate in the Connecticut Professionals Leadership Academy along with 50 other local industry professionals. The mission of the academy is to inspire emerging leaders by strengthening leadership skills, relationship building, and creating a cohesive community among professions for the next generation of business leaders. It is a six-month program that will help its members develop and improve in their careers, their professional social groups, and their personal career growth.
